Great news!! The Minneapolis Board of Realtors, in cooperation with Northstar MLS, have incorporated a “coming soon” feature. This will allow us access to homes that “all” agents have coming but are not yet on the MLS.

As always DMG will be working diligently to incorporate this search into their web site and will announce our fully completed coming soon search page as soon as its live. In today’s world homes sometimes sell before you can even get a showing request in. You may have discovered this yourself. Very frustrating. This new feature of coming soon home listings will be a game changer not only for sellers to pre-market their homes, but for buyers to get a leg up on seeing things before listed “active” on the MLS.
