River Oaks is located at the southern end of the Autumn Oaks neighborhood in Rockford. Construction began in the late 90’s and ran into the 2000 era on River Oaks producing some of the areas nicest homes. River Oaks consists of a large circle through drive with many of the inside properties located on a pond. Many of the outside properties are located on the banks and wetlands of The Crow River.
