Knowledgeable, honest, hard working

Derrick knows this business literally like the back of his hand! He is knowledgeable, honest, hard working, and knows what will sell. He sold our home within 1 week of it being on the market during a time when the market was not that great. But because he knew the price to sell it for, it sold and we are grateful for the great job he and his team did for us. Derrick even found us the current home we live in before it was even on the market and we are ecstatic with our new home!
