Derrick was very responsive to what we were looking for. He made no attempt to push anything we were not interested in. He was fast in his prep work. Our offer was accepted within about a week from when it went on the market. A couple years later, he helped my elderly parents purchase a house in Becker and also assisted in the closing on the sale of their home in Taylor’s Falls, which was considerably out of his area of regular business.
