Each year for the Rockford River Day’s I order some give-a-ways ahead of time, this year was no different. I had ordered sport water bottles (32oz) to give out that would have been really cool. Well the Friday before the parade I decided to call and follow up as to what time that day they would be delivered, the person put me on hold and came back and said “looks like they forgot to start the printing process and the order fell through the cracks” – nice.

We still had a great time participating in the parade and had ABC Lettering make us up some shirts instead that worked out well.

Thank you to all the staff and volunteers that make River Day’s possible and the great event it is and thanks to all the local residents that show up to enjoy and participate. If it were not for the hard working people behind the scenes none of us would be able to enjoy this local event – thank you!
