For years, 8810 Walnut Street was home to Chicken & Burger Express and then Nortog Meats but as of the summer 2014 the property has gone under an extensive remodel and is now home to the very popular Rosewood Eatery.  Rosewood did a soft launch only a handful of months back where I was able to try it out for lunch along with several co-workers.  I had the pulled pork sandwich topped with BBQ sauce and coleslaw, the food was great as well as the service.  After they were opened a few  weeks I went back for lunch and it was even better now that they had a chance to get their systems in place.

I haven’t tried any of them yet but I do see a lot of Facebook posts from Rosewood showing off their wonderful looking desserts!  This new restaurant not only serves great food & desserts but they also have an outdoor patio area as well as wine & beer selections.
