I was informed a couple months ago that I would be featured in the November issue of The Mpls. St. Paul Magazine as one of the 2012 Super Real Estate Agents of the Twin Cities. Of course I was excited to hear the news and wanted to make some Derrick Monroe Super Real Estate Agent acknowledgements.

The nomination & award is one thing but the true “thanks” goes to my past / current clients, friends, family, supporters of my business and of course my team of top agents that work with me on a daily basis including Dorothy Marschel, Ron Monroe who does our home loans, Anne Monroe & our preferred closing company Northland Title.

What’s cool about the Super Real Estate Agent 2012 award is how the process works. Unlike other awards where you can buy your way by purchasing ad space or others where you can just nominate yourself this one is purely from a coordinated effort between Mpls. St. Paul Magazine, Twin Cities Business & Crescendo Business Services (an Eagan based market research company), its the consumers themselves who make the nominations from a blind poll through these resources.

This is our third time making the magazine and its an honor, thank you everyone and we will do our best to continue to serve your home buying & selling needs now and in the future!
