There are still some lots for sale in Rockford, MN in Hurst Woods and Shadow Ridge.  While the development in the southern part of Autumn Oaks has many vacant lots along The Crow River I have spoken to the developer recently and he has told me that he will not be selling until the market can gain him a higher sale price.

Lots for sale in Rockford now start at $49,500.  I can only assume the Parkwood neighborhood will have some lots open up at some point as well but as of now none are available.
