Well here we are Christmas Eve and we just got 4 inches of fresh snow and it’s actually lightly falling now. I am in the office this morning catching up on some “to-do’s” while it’s a little quieter and looking forward to the real estate market of 2009.

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of our web site users and Blog subscribers for taking the time and interest to utilize our web site. The crew at REW (Real Estate Webmasters) did a great job for us in 2008 with our web site and we have been proud to have it on-line for you.

Today I will be off to my Mom’s house with my family; my daughter is very excited as it’s the first Christmas in my Mom’s new house I sold her over the summer.

This holiday season I am very thankful for my family, friends and wonderful clients I have had the opportunity to meet and help with their real estate needs.
