Acreage homes for sale in Greenfield are always in demand due to its proximity to Mpls while feeling very much like you’re in the country. One of the coolest homes we were part of selling was 10015 Holloway Farms Road. We were representing the builder, Carmel Homes. From the purchase of the 8 acre lot to the design DMG lent a hand with it all.

In 2006 when this luxury acreage home was constructed the neighborhood, Holloway Farms has just been developed. Ramblers have always been my favorite style home so this was a fun one to help design and sell. It had well over 5,000 sq. ft. finished and all the bells and whistles. The best part was the huge movie room and wet bar area. Complete with double doors, darkened walls, movie theater seating and top of the line projector it was the favorite spot for the open houses that’s for sure.
