Rockford Housing Market 5 Years Ago Today

I go to so many homes in Rockford on listing appointments where Sellers say things like "If I only would have sold 5 years ago" which got me to thinking, what really is the difference between the Rockford housing market of today and the one we had 5 years ago?  So I came in early today to research it and find out how we compare to 2006.

The results were pretty amazing actually, see what you think.  I would love to hear some comments back from Rockford homeowners as well on how you see the market.
