The Purpose of The "Group"

I was thinking one day after I started my real estate career how it was almost impossible to do open houses, send ad's out, do clerical work, show property, list homes, do markets for people, answer the phone, research homes and properties for sale all by myself and wondered how agents do it without it having a negative impact on their client's? The answer is they can't and neither could I. I know agents do it but to really, truly service our clients in the best way possible it can't be done alone so In 2001 I started The Derrick Monroe Group and hired a full time assistant and buyer's agent. Now I have a full team that can specialize in a specific area and make it the best it can be while I concentrate on my clients and their need's, I would never go solo again, it's not worth it and it does not fulfill clients needs to be a one man show especially in this marketplace where more than ever homes need to be priced right and marketed correctly. When you hire me you get a full team of expert's for the price of one!

You will no longer see the phrase "search the MLS" on our web site as the RMLS initiated a rule that prohibits the term MLS stating it confuses buyers as to if there on the real MLS or a Brokers web site.
