Scenic Acres is currently a gravel based road maintained by Rockford Township both in the summer and winter. The utilities in Scenic Acres are private, each lot or homeowner has their own water well and septic or sewer system on the property. Septic systems do need to be certified and pass inspections before properties in Scenic Acres can be sold or transfered. The development itself hosts about 25 - 30 homes and is on the city boundry line.
