Located off the banks of The Crow River in the community of Rockford this single family development was built in the late 90's and early 2000 era. The addition is located in the southern portion of Rockford's Autumn Oaks addition. Homes for sale in River Oaks will range in all style homes, and price ranges in 2008 run from the $200,000 range to over $400,000 for larger homes located on the River bank.
